Eighteen months ago my wife and myself had a Deltacraft Party Boat built by J & R Marine from Caves Beach, Newcastle.
We had the boat modified from the standard plan and come up with a unique boat that takes 8 people on day trips and sleeps 2 for over night stays, it has turned out a great little weekender for us and we are on it every second weekend generally through summer months.
It has a full height toilet and holding tank, a sink, BBQ on the back and the front forms a double bed all on one level.
She is in a pen at Ripples House Boat Marina, at Sandbrook Inlet, Brooklyn.
After talking to Steve Leonard at the 2014 boat show, he informed me that you were trying to establish a Deltacraft Club. We would be more than interested of being apart of any input we can , we often see other clubs on the Hawkesbury River, and I often wonder how many Deltacraft owners are there in the area.
It would be a great social outing and to exchange ideas about these unique boats, we would love to be a part of it.
