Hats off to the two young ladies that restored their Deltacraft Islander Sugar Bay. I enjoyed their article very much. I dont think I would have been able to tackle the motor. Great job, looks fantastic.
A quick question about curtain tracks for my Deltacraft Islander Mark 2. I like the look of the curtain tracks on the new Islander Platinum. Could someone let me know the brand and maybe a supplier in the Melbourne area ?
I am in the process of changing the windows in the cabin and would like new curtains as well for my "Gypsea 2".

From Steve Leonard - I was the builder of "Gypsea 2" and a friend of Gordon Cox the previous owner who used the boat to travel extensively. I'm sure you have read the "Travels of the Gordon" on the club site, if not have a look, very interesting stuff.
The curtain tracks were supplied by Carvan accessories in Sydney. I haven't bought any off them for a while and I hope they still sell them as I will need them for my own project of restoring a Mark 2 currently under way.
I see that at the caravan show at Rosehill Sydney many of the campervans (not the caravans) are using them, so if Carvan cant help you then investigate the exhibitors at the Melbourne caravan show.
